§ 6.12.080. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person in violation of any provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the following fine:
A.

One hundred dollars ($100.00) upon the first conviction;

B.

Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) upon the second conviction; and

C.

Five hundred dollars ($500.00) upon the third or each subsequent conviction.
